Dr. Sam completed his DDS at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and now provides superior, quality dental care for patients in Charlotte, NC. He also focuses specifically on dental implants and providing IV sedation.

Kira is originally from British Columbia, Canada and move to South Carolina at the age of 10. She has always had a passion for dentistry from a young age. Kira strives to make all patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in the door. She loves seeing how dentistry can make all the difference for our patients. When she is not in the office, Kira enjoys spending time with her husband, and playing with their new baby girl, Kinsley.
Trixi
Patient Care Coordinator
Trixi was born and raised here in Charlotte, NC. She is able to help assist patients in understanding insurance, scheduling appointments, and answering any questions or concerns in both Spanish and English! She enjoys seeing patients be able to feel confident smiling and help get rid of that dental anxiety with the help of our amazing team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places, trying new foods, spending time with her family.
Sammy
Insurance Coordinator
Sammy was born in Ecuador and now lives here in Charlotte. She obtained her veterinary assistant certificate and later changed to the medical field. As our insurance coordinator, she can assist you with any insurance questions you may have and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She loves to meet and greet our new patients with a warm smile. Outside of work she loves being a mom to son and fur baby, Snickers.
Daniel
Dental Assistant II
Daniel is originally from Honduras and moved to North Carolina at the age of twelve. By the age of fifteen, Daniel knew he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry. Daniel is passionate about helping others feel confident in their smile and making patients feel at home as soon as they walk in the door. Not only is Daniel bilingual, he is also compassionate and caring towards his patients and makes sure all of his patients receive the best care. When Daniel is out of the office, he loves to spend time with his fiancé, and his three fluffy cats, and occasionally he likes to go fishing.
Maria Urdaneta
Dental Assistant II
Maria moved to Charlotte from Venezuela in 2016. In Venezuela, she was studying to become a dentist and has continued her journey here and is currently in school to complete her dream! She enjoys spending her time outdoors and at events with her family and husband. Maria is a native Spanish speaker and loves to meet patients from other cultures and help them feel at home in our practice.
Jae’Dah
Dental Assistant
Jae’Dah is from Gastonia, North Carolina. She attended Dental Assisting Preparatory Academy to become a Dental Assistant. As a kid, Jae’Dah found going to the Dentist very exciting and interesting! Every appointment she felt relaxed and at ease while most kids found going to the Dentist frightening. At the age of 6 she knew she wanted to pursue a career in dentistry. Outside of work, Jae’Dah loves to spend time with family. She also enjoys music and reading books!
Jennifer Towery
Manager
Jennifer is a local to the Charlotte area, originally from Cherryville, N.C. She began dental assisting in 2011 and enjoys helping her patients achieve the smile they want and deserve with compassion, education and humor. Jen is also an instructor for new dental assistants hoping to enter the workforce and truly finds teaching to be a rewarding journey. Outside of work she enjoys reading and sharing time with her trusty dog and loyal friend, Lula Mae. Fun facts: loves tacos and dad jokes, hopes for world peace, is a self-appointed court jester.

Dental Hygienist
Kristin is one of our outstanding dental hygienists. Graduating from Halifax Community College in 2014, Kristin has spent nearly a decade in the dental field across Eastern North Carolina. Kristin loves making our patients feel at ease during their visit and is always happy to answer any questions regarding the maintenance and upkeep of your healthy smile. When she is not making patients smile she enjoys spending time outdoors and eating tasty food with her two beautiful daughters.
Ashley Metten
Dental Hygienist
Ashley is originally from Richmond, VA and graduated from Old Dominion University with her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2016. Her personable and communicative approach to hygiene appointments puts all of our patients at ease. She is truly passionate about dentistry and loves educating patients about their oral health. She enjoys exploring Charlotte and being outdoors with her dog, Cheeto.

Dental Hygienist
Victoria is a Dental Hygienist born and raised here in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Dentistry in 2021 with her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene. Victoria focuses on maximizing comfort, thoroughness, and efficiency while educating the importance of maintaining oral health. She spends her personal time with her husband and two pups, a Golden Retriever named Lobster and a German Shepard named Loki. Go Heels!

Dental Hygienist
Shamara is from Goldsboro, North Carolina. She graduated from Wayne Community College in 2014. Since then, she has worked in general dental care & pediatric dental care. One thing she enjoys about dentistry is making it enjoyable for all ages. One thing that motivated her daily is hearing several of her patients say, “they wish they knew how to care for their teeth when they were younger.” Outside of work she enjoys traveling, new restaurants, spending time with family & being a dog mom.

Tessa is genuinely passionate about helping people. She strives to educate her patients on the link between their oral health and overall health. She aims to make patient appointments informative, educational, and fun! Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, going to church, and hitting the gym.

Susan has been in the dental field since 2011. She started as a hygiene assistant and quickly moved to chairside assistance with the doctor. In her free time, she spends as much time as possible with her husband and son watching baseball games and taking their travel trailer to the beach.

Maria Alejandra was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. In 2018, she moved to Charlotte, NC. Throughout her life, she knew she wanted to be in the dentistry field and loves everything dental-related with a passion. She was in the first graduating class of Dental Assisting Preparatory Academy and proud to be part of the first graduating class. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her family, her husband, and her 4-year-old son, Angelo, whether it’s in the comfort of her home or out taking a road trip

Dental Hygienist
Teal is originally from California but moved to Maui when she was 20 years old for hygiene school, where she graduated with an Associates of Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii Maui College in 2013. She and her family then moved to Charlotte to be closer to family in 2021. She has a passion for connecting with her patients and going through their health journey together. In her spare time, she loves playing games with her two kids and trying new restaurants with her husband.

Brittany was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Central Piedmont Community College in 2021. Brittany always enjoyed going to the dentist for her routine cleanings while growing up and this sparked her interested in the dental field. She aims to provide comfortable and thorough dental cleanings as well as a positive experience to all of her patients. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, reading, hiking, traveling, playing pickleball, and being a home barista.

Patient Care Coordinator
Ginny was born and raised in Lake Wylie, SC. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022. Go Gamecocks! She’s always had a passion for making people smile and helping brighten someone’s day. She’s always seen herself as someone who loves to learn, and being a part of the dental field has always been something that interested her. Outside of work, Ginny loves spending time with my family and friends, watching football, and snuggling with my dog, Winston!

Ciara was born and raised in York, South Carolina. She has a big passion for the dental field and earned her dental assisting certificate from York Technical College in 2020. With a versatile skill set, Ciara has experience in various roles with the practice. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient, ensuring they feel valued and at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as cuddling with her dog, Niko!

This place is absolutely EXCELLENT from the moment you first walk into the door to when you walk out! The atmosphere/staff is very, very welcoming, the staff is excellent and will walk you through every detail. From the beginning to the end, everybody was very friendly and attentive. They all made sure I knew what was going to happen next and that I was comfortable.
