Yes, we accept most major insurance companies and are in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, United Concordia, Delta Dental, and United Healthcare.

Our team has convenient financing options for your consideration, including CareCredit®, Cherry, or Proceed Finance. You can also join our Horizon Dental Membership Plan, which provides a budget-friendly and flexible alternative to expensive dental insurance, so you can receive quality dental care at an affordable price.

What hours is your office open?
Our office is open Monday: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Wednesday: 7:30am – 3:00pm, Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm, and Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, we offer pediatric dental services, including oral evaluations, preventative care such as cleanings and fluoride treatments, restorative services like tooth-colored fillings and crowns, early orthodontic assessments, and emergency dental care.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive at our practice at least 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment starts.

How long does an appointment take?
Appointment length can vary, depending on what treatment or service is being provided.

What do I need for my first appointment?
When coming in for your first visit, please bring your completed new patient forms, any X-rays taken by a previous dentist, a valid ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card (if applicable). Also, a parent, legal guardian, grandparent, aunt, or uncle must accompany you if you’re under 18.
